WALNUT CREEK -- According to sources in a position to know, there is the possibility the Hot Chasers might play another certain men's softball team whose team largely if not entirely consists of members of the CCT newsroom. Said ballgame would take place on a Saturday or Sunday at a field to be named.
The source or sources said Hot Chaser catcher Mike Lefkow is the team's player rep in arranging this game. Efforts to reach Lefkow proved unsuccessful, as he was too busy railing over the popularity of the NFL.
